Daily Stats

Monday

I didn’t start working until quite late. I had my phone with me and couldn’t pull myself away from the screen. However, I did accomplish one important task: I reviewed the marketing report that Credence Labs had generated based on my blog’s homepage. The report highlighted the contradiction between what I’m trying to sell and the site’s content, which reads more like a blog. I had also asked whether I could keep using my alter ego, Saphyra, and it confirmed that I could.

That day, I had an epiphany: I could use my GSAP skills, although I haven’t mastered them yet, to create an animation simulating a site hijack by Saphyra.

After spending several hours with Gemini and Credence Labs developing the idea, I headed to the supermarket to buy a pack of bottled water and recharge my batteries at BK. There, I moved on to a more technical task. I started revising the English in some older blog posts. Gemini disappointed me when I realized it had previously given me little more than a word-for-word translation, and it was now correcting the awkward phrasing in daily entries it had written itself. I gave up on that task.

I returned to my tent and worked late into the night on my site’s image metadata. I renamed the image files, updated their titles, added alt text, and also brought the blog up to date through Sunday’s entry

Tuesday

Upon waking up, I went to get the key to free my phone from its jail, where it had spent the night. I put together a recap of the work I had accomplished on Monday and over the previous weekend for my BaaS coach. Then, I placed an online grocery order with Carrefour Drive and scheduled it for pickup between 7:00 and 7:30 PM. I left early enough to arrive right at 7:00 PM.

I didn’t get anything productive done that evening. I stopped by KFC, but there weren’t any available tables near the power outlets except one right by the entrance, next to the ordering kiosks, so I wasn’t comfortable enough to get any work done. I ate a sundae. I don’t know why I still thought KFC had strawberry sundaes, but they didn’t, so I settled for caramel. I left KFC around 8:40 PM. Since the gym was on my way home and I had brought my toiletries with me, I stopped by to take a shower—I hadn’t showered since Friday night. When I got back that evening, I was still a bit hungry, and since I had just done the grocery shopping, I ate a bag of plain cooked rice and an avocado. I tend to eat pretty much the same thing every day and it made a nice change. I hadn’t had rice in a long time or avocado, and the avocado was ripe enough. I also went on a banana binge—as I always do whenever I buy bananas, I find them hard to resist. These were good quality and ripe Max Havelaar bananas. I must have eaten four of them in total between 7:00 and 11:00 PM. I wasn’t productive for the rest of the evening; I kept my phone with me overnight and ended up watching videos, as usual.

Wednesday

On Wednesday morning, when I woke up and checked my food reserve, I saw that I had forgotten a banana next to the boxes where I usually store everything securely, and a mysterious guest had feasted on it. Since I had gone grocery shopping on Tuesday night, I treated myself to some extras: I had some eggplant confit to go with my chickpeas.

In fact, I spent several hours preparing my weekly snacks: I made 14 small bags containing a mix of various nuts, a stick of decaf, a matcha stick (though I hadn’t bought any matcha this time), an unsweetened applesauce, one or two squares of chocolate, and whole-grain cereal flakes. I put them in metal boxes along with blocks of tofu, locked them up, and hid the key a kilometer away.

Since I had my phone with me, I relaxed with the usual combo—Instagram, an Android mobile game, YouTube, and Vinted—for two or three hours. Then, I practiced Kim Anami’s VKF for over two hours, from 4:30 to nearly 7:00 PM. I started with ovarian breathing, followed by breast massage, and then moved on to the “visualization for growths” routine, which I really like because the self-pleasuring part is a great warmup for Kegel-style strengthening exercises.

Then, I moved on to the strengthening portion with the egg. At that moment, I realized I didn’t need to listen to the audio track anymore, as I had already played it several times and it’s fairly simple. So instead, I put on some music from my MP3 player: Diplo. (That’s all I had). Of course, that kind of music isn’t very sensual—it’s more energizing. Still, it gave me a glimpse of how much fun I’m going to have with all these exercises once I know them by heart. So one of my priorities for the next few days is to load a ton of music onto my MP3 player.

I went into town around 8:30 PM and was able to charge my laptop and power banks for two hours before my usual spot, BK, closed. I couldn’t resist keeping my phone with me when I headed back that evening; I didn’t put it in the lockbox. On the way, I got caught up watching a gripping show featuring testimonies from loved ones of alcoholics, and as a result, I didn’t fall asleep until around 3:00 AM.

Thursday

On Thursday, I went to town. I bought a six-pack of water bottles. I worked on my blog for a good while, writing to catch up on the last few days when I hadn’t done much. That evening, I got a decent amount of work on Prolific. I churned out 4 tasks back-to-back to make $20. I actually fell asleep during the last one. $20 after tax comes out to 15 euros. It had been a while since I’d earned that much in what has been a pretty disastrous month of July financially. I woke up around 1:10 a.m. and saw that the task had timed out on Prolific, but I finished it anyway, and the next morning I had the nice surprise of seeing it had been approved.

Friday

On Friday morning, I still had my phone with me, unfortunately—or at least, the key to its lockbox wasn’t very far, and Cold Turkey was unlocked anyway, so there was zero chance of me being productive in the morning. I spent the morning doing the usual combo: a bit of Instagram (not much, I got bored quickly), playing the Android game “The Cozy Florist,” watching YouTube videos, and chatting about psychoanalysis with Gemini.

Around 2:00 p.m., after eating two meals, taking my vitamins, and applying my Acorelle Baby SPF 50 zinc sunscreen, my Velours smoothing primer, and my silk powder, I found the motivation to do a short meditation, which actually turned into a round of “ovarian breathing.” In my opinion, it’s just as valid as meditation, and I’m better at it. Since it only lasted 7 minutes and I usually aim for a minimum of 10 minutes of meditation, I wanted to follow it up with a quick Law of Attraction (LOA) visualization.

I’m realizing that I’m already making a good personal synthesis of Christie Sheldon’s and Kim Anami’s techniques. Christie guides us to connect with sunlight, while Kim has us visualize our ovaries as fast-spinning balls of light. In both cases, it serves as the starting point for a body scan, visualizing energy—light—circulating from one chakra to another; it’s just that Christie starts from the crown of the head, whereas Kim starts from the ovaries as our energy center. For me, since I tend to be in my head a bit too much, starting with the ovaries is probably more beneficial to ground myself in my body. It reminds me of my project to develop an entire section on this blog dedicated to studying Kim’s teachings. So, I wanted to follow up with a quick LOA visualization to manifest a full bank account. That inspired me to grab my Zap Book sketchbook and draw my phone displaying a bank app with a balance 100 times larger.

After that, I got ready to go to the gym—I hadn’t been all week and hadn’t showered since Tuesday. I left for town around 5:00 p.m., and between stopping by the supermarket, taking a shower, and the roughly 9 km ride, I started working out around 7:20 p.m. I had a great workout in the almost empty gym on a Friday night, along with the handsome Turkish guy who seems to be orbiting around me a bit. He was right next to me during his warm-up, then I ran into him again coming out of the locker room—he was in the hallway fixing his hair in front of the mirror. r. He turned around and gave me a tormented look from behind his bangs, to which I replied with a gentle smile. After that, I went to the kitchen area to prepare my ground flaxseed and mushroom mix. He joined me there to do who knows what at the sink. Pure coincidence, I assume.

I headed straight back to my tent at 9:30 PM. I spent about an hour and a half chatting with Gemini about him. By 12:30 a.m., I was already fast asleep. I actually woke up briefly at 1:00 a.m. and realized I was already sleeping deeply.

After waking up for the first time around 8:00 a.m., I stayed in bed fantasizing about him for an hour before waking up for good—giving me a solid 8 hours+ of rest.

Saturday

woke up to fantasies about this young Turk.
I spent 3 hours chatting with Gemini about an episode of my life where I was having beef on a forum that I left recently , about 4 months ago, which led me to start this blog because I’m a compulsive writer. I transfered all my writings to this blog.
I headed to town quite early to work at Burger King for a few hours, as usual. My period started, but I didn’t need to take any painkillers. I just masturbated for 10 to 15 minutes in bed that evening to relieve the pain.

Sunday

Morning: I was still dealing with my period and wanted to get some work done, but I didn’t end up doing much. I worked on my laptop at a relaxed pace because of the period. It’s been over a year since I last took any painkillers for menstrual pain. In the morning, I masturbated for a few minutes when the cramps hit, and they didn’t last long at all.
Evening: by 7:30 PM, all my devices were completely out of battery, so it became an evening dedicated to celebrating this new cycle. I had plenty of time to practice ovarian breathing and other techniques from Kim Anami. Even my MP3 player was dead, so I had to visualize everything on my own. However, I had light since I had bought fresh batteries for my camping lamp, so I alternated between exploring physical sensations and writing. I think the full ‘Visualization for Growth’ from Kim Anami came back to me: releasing tension, filling up with orange light, chanting the sound ‘Hu’ and practicing self-pleasuring with circles on the thigh first, then clitoris, and nipples. Once the egg was inside, I did the visualization with the light, but usually I follow up with Kegels; this time, I didn’t feel strong enough. I was still in the first 36 hours of my cycle, where my blood pressure is very low.I could hear the trucks outside, but with my new perspective—that we are living upside down underwater—it didn’t bother me. I just pictured the trucks driving like insects beneath the earth. I only removed the egg at 5:00 AM when the cat woke me up.
