Daily Stats

Monday

I started the day with a solid VKF session right at 10:00 AM—ovarian breathing, visualization from memory because my MP3 player was completely dead so I couldn’t listen to Kim, followed by Kegels and meditation. I reached a great meditative state, feeling my shoulders expand horizontally. After that, I headed into town fairly early. By 3:00 PM, I ordered a coffee at BK and kicked off a productive work session.

I also had to deal with a dispute with an online merchant. It started when my Wise bank asked if I wanted to accept or reject a new subscription. I rejected it, thinking that would be the end of it, but after going back through the entire signup process, I realized it was a major scam.

The site captured my full payment details via Stripe using auto-complete. When you immediately close the payment screen by clicking the ‘X’ button in the top right, it still registers you as a new subscriber. Your card details remain saved with no option to delete them, except by overwriting them with new ones.

On top of that, the homepage prominently claims that the 30-day trial requires no credit card. They also make it seem like pricing depends on data usage, implying that if you consume zero data, you pay zero.

I did a load of laundry around 6:00 PM and returned to my tent early. I kept alternating between work and entertainment until late, only turning off the lights at 4:18 AM—probably the effect of the caffeine on my system, given that I’ve been almost caffeine-free for several weeks.

Tuesday

With only 4 and a half hours of sleep, I spent most of the morning slacking off. I sent my accountability check-in to my BaaS coach. I only headed into town around 6:00 PM. I had a solid workout session on the mat until 9:30 PM, including a 1-minute 46-second plank. I didn’t get any work done that day, but I earned 16 euros on Prolific.

Wednesday

This time, I slept over 8 hours, from 12:20 AM to 8:00 AM, with just one interruption for the cat. I found the same grasshopper in my tent again. I fed it some sauce from the cat food and a piece of kale leaf, which it devoured immediately.

I placed my grocery order online with Carrefour Drive, then went to pick it up. In between the two, I had a solid VKF session: ovarian breathing, visualization for growths, and Kegels. I also read Kim’s PDF on yoni massage. However, I understand the intention very well. It’s about considering the yoni as a sentient being in its own right rather than just using it; it’s not about forcing entry without giving anything in return, nor is it about remembering its existence only when you want to use it. However, I didn’t have time to start this time.

Thursday

Yesterday I didn’t leave my tent. I didn’t go to town. It was snack and portion prep day since I had bought groceries for the week the day before. So in the morning, I prepared snacks for the week (well, a bit less because I hadn’t found the nuts I wanted) until around 1:00 PM while watching videos on my phone and taking mobile game breaks as usual, I suppose.

Then I did a series of “5 Tibetans” exercises. It takes only 10 minutes because I am at 9 reps (we add 2 each week). I made a YouTube Short. The idea probably came to me because recording triggered by mistake on YouTube while I was watching something while walking. It was a true epiphany. How the concept of acting like a bomb came to me in the moment, I don’t know, but I had a lot of fun. I found the result very good. I realized that I express myself like an effeminate gay man. It’s pretty much my only way of being feminine. I then spent a couple of hours creating the YouTube profile for this specific content, then posting it on my existing Instagram account, already conceived around this concept, and then creating the TikTok profile.

Around 5:30 PM, I went to put the snacks I made earlier into locked boxes in the kitchen corner. I was getting ready to leave for the gym to work out and take a shower when the idea forced itself on me that I didn’t need to. It was too late to do both the VKF exercises in the tent and go to the gym, and VKF is the priority because it is more beneficial. I attribute this breakthrough, which allowed me to post my face on social media embodying Saphyra, to my practice of VKF. At the same time, I also decided that with the heatwave, I should reverse the order of activities and go to the gym first, so in the early afternoon, because it’s a bit unpleasant to be in a bath of sweat while doing ovarian breathing and massages at 1:00 PM.

I started eating around 6:00 PM and right after that, I made another Reel for Instagram where I eat salad in my tent. Around 7:00 PM, I thought I was ready to start an evening of self-care, but I’m not really sure what happened. I must have stumbled upon captivating videos that I couldn’t tear myself away from. At the same time, while searching for my own account from my YouTube Premium account, I started searching for “Saphyra,” and I came across a fascinating case of a girl accusing her mother of pedo-procuring, who also goes by Saphyra (though her real name seems to be Sophia). Since I had posted on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, I was monitoring the metrics with frustration because the last one wasn’t taking off, and I didn’t understand why, except that at this hour there is more competition than around 3:00 or 4:00 PM. My video made 627 views on TikTok. Not extraordinary, but decent.

I then undertook to load more music onto my MP3 player from YouTube so I could spend more time offline, where I am more productive. For that, I let myself be guided by Gemini, who had me use cmd to install I don’t know what directly without using a converter, but it worked. I had no battery left on any electronic device except the MP3 player by around 11:00 PM, so I finally got down to doing ovarian breathing and a few massages while listening to sensual music. I wanted to do the Kegels, but I fell asleep around midnight.

Friday

In the morning, my cat woke me up around 5:30 AM to eat. She tried to scam me, and I’m pretty sure I gave her wet food at 6:00 AM on top of the soup at 5:30 AM, and she didn’t even touch her kibble.

Around 8:45 AM, I was woken up by a large shadow over my tent. In my half-asleep state, I told myself that it wasn’t my cat. Indeed, the shadow extending all the way to the top of the tent was that of a human walking with a fast, busy stride. He was very close to the tent. I don’t know why, but he quickly walked all the way around the tent. It felt like he was only a meter away, though not intrusive. I was sleeping naked in my tent. By reflex, I pulled my sleeping bag over myself while he did his walkthrough. He left quickly. I don’t know what he was looking for. I put my clothes on immediately and went outside, but he was already gone. I kept thinking about it afterward. Given the energy with which he was walking, I thought maybe it was someone checking to make sure I wasn’t making a fire. With all the wildfires this summer, maybe people have started to worry.

I had a dream last night. I enter the kitchen at my grandmother’s place. My grandmother is there. She gives me a kiss on the cheek. I wonder why only one. Her habit is three, and we haven’t seen each other in years. In the dream, I don’t know how long it’s been since I last came back. I don’t know if it’s only three years or like the real-life situation. There are about three other young people in the room, including my brother, and I go to greet them one by one. My brother seems smaller than in my memory, and he himself seems to express fear toward me and my height. I wonder if it’s because I’m wearing heels of about 8 cm. Then I feel an urgent need to take my brother aside to talk to him privately. I search my mind to see if I can justify this request, and I realize that of course I can. So I ask him for this private conversation. We go out into the yard. He is wearing a black V-neck t-shirt with white marks on the collar like traces of sunscreen. He seems quite distant; there is a kind of awkwardness. It’s as if he wants to respond to my request, but he is afraid.

Having no battery left on either my phone or computer, I felt a brief moment of mourning. I started eating a very substantial meal at 9:00 AM: red beans, D’Aucy eggplant confit, nuts, apple sauce, and dark chocolate. At 10:00 AM, I felt so heavy from digestion that I took a break. I lay down on my bed (if you can call it a bed). An hour later, at 11:00 AM, I was full of energy. I told myself then that I should do EMA-style observations every hour to note what I do. I got down to doing my 10 minutes of 5 Tibetans and danced a bit to Major Lazer. And I finally tackled hanging the punching bag from a tree branch. For that, I had to lift the bag, which probably weighs 40 or 45 kilos, to position it between two branches and climb the tree several times to suspend it and fill it at about 1.90 m.

It worked. The bag is now hanging, and I threw a few kicks. It reminded me of the unique joy that this activity brings. Two hours earlier, I must say, I was telling myself that buying this punching bag was the ultimate proof that I was crazy. But at that moment, my mindset completely flipped, and I was thinking about how I was fulfilling this 30-year-old dream only now, and how to draw other life lessons from it, because I should have had a punching bag 30 years ago. I rewarded myself for the effort by eating a square of dark chocolate and an apple sauce.

Then I lay down. I wanted to do just a short session of ovarian breathing, but then I thought, why not follow up with a visualization while I’m at it. I came across the “jade egg intention” MP3 and did it. I then wanted to introduce the yoni egg, but since I now make it a rule to do a lot of foreplay before any penetration, I started doing circular light touches on the inside of my thigh instead. This led me to want to do breast massages. But there too, I thought that breasts are sacred, so it would make sense to do foreplay before approaching the breasts, starting by lightly touching my arms. So that led me to massage my arms and fingers… In short, by 2:00 PM, I was just approaching the breast area. But all of this seems to make sense. Surprisingly, I started fantasizing about an insect lover—a lover as handsome as that male grasshopper that was in my tent with his immense legs and mechanical movements. How could anyone be sexier and more masculine?

Saturday

I didn’t go into town at all. Since I started making videos for social media, I stayed pretty busy with that all day. I also did a solid ten-minute boxing session on top of my Five Tibetans.

Unfortunately, I stayed glued to my phone for hours. I didn’t start the VKF course until 8:30 PM. I fell asleep at 10:00 PM, so I didn’t have time to do much beyond bodywork massages. A blessing in disguise, though, since I went to bed early and got plenty of sleep.

Sunday

I was running low on battery for both my phone and laptop. I had just enough juice to check that my latest TikTok video got around 630 views, just like the previous two. Since I went to bed at 10:00 PM on Saturday, I woke up early at 7:00 AM. I did my Five Tibetans exercises in the morning, and I realized it’s time to move up to sets of 11 reps.

I lay down for a moment on the mattress outside the tent, and right above my head, I saw a squirrel’s red tail at the top of the tree. That’s when I noticed there was a nest up there. I checked with Gemini later, who confirmed that squirrels build nests about 50 cm wide.

I headed into town early because I was determined to work out. On the way, I grabbed a coffee at BK around 11:00 AM. I did a 1-hour-and-20-minute flexibility session at the gym, then went back to BK to keep charging my batteries until 8:40 PM.

Nothing too exciting happened. I sorted out some privacy issues because I recently realized I had linked my new Instagram accounts to another Insta account that was tied to my official Facebook account (which is practically empty). Still, even though it’s empty, Meta has all my info and my location. So I deleted everything: the useless Facebook account and 6 Instagram accounts. Anyway, I think I have more fun on TikTok these days. I also fixed a command-line issue for downloading MP3s from YouTube.

On my way back, I filmed a new 15-second TikTok video on an empty road, brushing my hair and saying, “Hey TikTok friends, we really need to stop with the bread and hummus, otherwise…”

Once back, I just chatted with Gemini. I snacked on the rest of the hummus I bought with some salad, and tossed the leftover bread out into nature.
