Week 18

Monday

I subscribed to Boss as a Service. I earned 40 dollars. Since I block access to my computer after 1 AM with Cold Turkey Blocker, I went to sleep around 1 AM. I set my alarm for 6:45 AM to do the work defined with BaaS.I worked on this storyboard created from a video of a graphic designer who posts her vlog. I am studying the structure of her videos. I noticed that there is often a new shot every four seconds. Consequently, there is a lot of work involved in filming and editing.

Yesterday, I did a meditation session and other exercises. This takes me a considerable amount of time, from 3 PM to 6 PM. Therefore, my workout session was shortened. The work I defined with BaaS, for which I want to be coached, is editing this blog every day and drawing every day—but “drawing” also includes creating storyboards, filming, and posting on Instagram.

Tuesday

As a consequence of signing up for this service, I got up earlier on Tuesday to do the work agreed upon with BaaS, namely 2 hours of creative visual work and editing my blog every day. I earned a total of $50 with the AI gig—35 in the morning and 15 in the evening. In between the two, I took a nap, went to pick up a parcel, and did some grocery shopping far away at Carrefour. I noticed that it’s expensive. I went to recharge my batteries at KFC for a change (next to the Carrefour). I ate a bit of whatever: white baguette, Snickers, strawberry sundae… I did about 24 km of cycling.

I study Fran Meneses’ videos by storyboarding her latest vlog episode.
I do this work upon waking up and post a screenshot to BaaS.
I had a BaaS onboarding video meeting in the afternoon.
I went to pick up a package left at the post office (poste restante). I paid €6.11.
